Hudson, Mass. - August 21, 2014 - Like many of you, we at The Bridge Group, Inc. have had friends and family affected by ALS, often referred to as Lou Gehrig's Disease.
As a company, we were moved by the momentum around the Ice Bucket Challenge and decided to take part.
To date, we’ve raised over $1,000 to support the ALS Association and three brave Bridge Grouper’s have both donated and ice-dumped.
The ALS Association recently posted this on the impact of the challenge.
The ALS Association has received $31.5 million in donations compared to $1.9 million during the same time period last year (July 29 to August 20). These donations have come from existing donors and 637,527 new donors to The Association.
